We run a tight ship on data protection at Elevatix. We use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online and do everything in our power to protect user information offline. We perform staff training on the value of personal information, and we also have internal data protection documents that everyone abides by. Rest assured; not all staff get access to data – only selected personnel with the highest admin privileges.
Our Product and Client Data
This privacy policy governs the use of our marketing website only. Our core product is a B2B analytics platform serving mobile game publishers.
In connection with our product, we process the following categories of data on behalf of our clients:
User-level behavioral data of mobile game players transmitted via SDK integration. This data does not include any personally identifiable information (PII), device identifiers (IDFA), or any data regulated under GDPR, CCPA, or similar privacy frameworks. We do not collect, store, or process any personal data of end users of our clients' games.
Aggregated business metrics of our clients including in-app revenue and monetization KPIs. This data is processed solely for the purpose of providing analytics services to our clients and is treated as confidential commercial information.
Our product data infrastructure is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) with encryption at rest and in transit. Each client's data is logically isolated and not shared with or accessible by other clients.
